Our owners, Bill Stone and Shane Roby, are both proud Florida natives who grew up in Panama City, FL. Bill’s HVAC journey started at an early age, working side by side with his grandfather who passed down not only technical skills, but also the values of hard work, honesty, and treating every customer like family.

Shane shares that same commitment to quality and community. With years of experience in HVAC installation and service management, he’s known for his meticulous attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction. Shane’s leadership ensures every job is done right — combining technical expertise with a friendly, down-to-earth approach that makes every customer feel at ease.

In 1988, Bill moved to St. Augustine, FL and continued building his career in the HVAC industry. After years of gaining hands-on experience and learning the ins and outs of heating, cooling, and refrigeration, he decided to take a leap of faith and open his own business. His goal was simple: provide top-quality HVAC service with a neighborly touch — the kind of service he’d want for his own family.
